Know more about Ericca
Hello, beloved person of God.
My name is Ericca and I am the founder of Salted Grace Ministries and if you are still here reading, you may be somewhat like me, wondering about the possibility of living a life fully immersed in love, hope, truth and restoration – especially when carrying the weight of painful experiences, shame, or trauma.
Like you, I know the fear of being vulnerable, the silence of suffering in isolation, and what it feels like to be emotionally overwhelmed with no mechanism for coping.
But I also know the transformative power of encounters with Jesus, how His love and truth set us free, and how practical tools and God-given resources can support lasting transformation, resilience and overall well-being.
The truth is that this ministry was born out of my own healing journey through trauma, pain, and deep personal suffering. It's been shaped not only by my professional and ministerial training, but by real-life experiences that taught me the importance of integrating faith and emotional wellness.
I know what it’s like to avoid the healing journey out of fear – fear of exposure, fear of rejection, fear of facing pain. I’ve lived through the isolation of shame. If you’re anything like I was, healing in isolation can feel like undergoing surgery without anesthesia – raw, overwhelming, and at times, seemingly unbearable.
That’s why it’s my sacred honor to walk alongside others through their own healing journey. I’m committed to creating safe, sacred spaces where shame is silenced, voices are restored and lies lose their power. I believe God has raised me from the ashes of my own painful experiences to help set others free – free from the emotional bondage created through painful experiences and suffering.
For nearly three decades, I’ve walked with individuals and families through life’s hardest moments – often while navigating my own. I’ve seen firsthand how unresolved trauma does not just fade with time. It festers, infecting every aspect of our lives – our ability to relate well with God, others, and even ourselves. It shows up as isolation, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or deep feelings of rejection and insecurity hidden behind the vail of overachievement. Meanwhile we suffer silently beneath the surface. Yet still…
There is hope. Healing is possible. Transformation is real. Freedom is available.
The Lord heals the brokenhearted and binds their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Once healed, we get to partner with Jesus to bring that same healing to others. Today, I am able to combine my personal, professional, and ministerial experiences to help others find hope, experience healing, and discover the resilience available in restoration - empowering all we serve to become the resilient people of God you were created to be.
Today I get to serve and steward this wonderful ministry as a Minister, Biblical Counselor, Christian Mental Health Life Coach, Transformational Teacher and Speaker. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, Christ-centered approach that bridges faith and emotional well-being for individuals, families, and communities, particularly those in underserved areas.
I believe true healing is far more than the mere absence of mental illness but rather the deep restoration of the heart – mind, will and emotions – that leads us forward in love, hope, truth and resilient strength. True healing provides courageous audacity to be well in Christ Jesus. It reveals the profound truth that we are beloved of God, redeemed by Jesus, and infused with the passionate fires of purpose, that once ignited, cannot be denied.
There is hope for healing and it is available just for you.

“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed, we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted but not forsaken; cast down but not destroyed. Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.”
~ 2 Corinthians 4:7-9
